What are the Library's Hours? 

The Library’s hours are as follows:                            

Monday thru Thursday10:00 am - 8:00 pm
Fridays10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Saturdays10:00 am - 3:00 pm
SundaysClosed

 

Is the Library Open to the Public? 

Limestone Township Library District has re-opened the library to the public. Masks are optional for both patrons and staff. Public access computers as well as copy and fax services are available.

We can assist you with all of your material needs by phone or email. You are also able to place holds using your Prairie Cat account on the Prairiecat website or through Prairiecat Mobile App. We are receiving deliveries from other libraries     and Prairie Cat is sending out notifications. 

Contact-less Curbside Pick-up continues to be available. Please call ahead so we can schedule a time for you and have your pick-up ready.

Do you have copier and fax services? 

Yes!                   

It is possible to have copies made and to send faxes. Staff will make copies and send faxes per the patron's direction. Please have everything ready ahead of time so we can help you as easily as possible.

If you need to have Curbside service, let us know by calling ahead of time. We can make copies and complete faxes with your directive.

How do I use the Library Public Computer Area? 

The computer area is open to patrons by appointment for 60-minute time slots.

How long can I check out items? 

Print and audio books may be checked out for 2 weeks with the ability to have two (2) renewals (if there is no holds on the item) adding up to a total of six weeks check out period. 

DVDs are checked out for a 1-week time period. 

How are staff maintaining safety from the virus? 

The Library takes staff and public health safety seriously. Staff continues to disinfect the library on an ongoing basis. Computers are wiped down after each use.

Items distributed through our Contact-less Curbside Service will be placed in bags and put in patron’s cars, preferably the trunk of your car.
